The topic of this diploma thesis deals with the solution of selected parts of building technology design of Scientific and Technical Park Triangl that is planned to be constructed in Uherske Hradiste. This complex of buildings will be used for civil, administrative and residential purposes. The thesis describes creation of foundation constructions, design of reinforced concrete frames, transportation of building materials and machinery to the building site. This thesis also contains a design and a technical report about facilities of the construction site, pre-defined mechanical assembly, control and test plans and the budgets and schedules of the construction work. Required applications to carry out the construction, suggestions for reinforcement of the foundation construction as well as financial costs are also included in the thesis.

Comparison of Offering Property Prices in CZ - AU Border Areas

The aim of this work is to compare family houses prices and analyse real estate markets in the Czech Republic - Austria border areas. The prices of property are compared in two ways: by residental areas and the method of comparing difference index. It has been found, that the property prices in Austria are higher than the property prices in the Czech Republic. As well as, necessary costs associated with a purchase are higher. Nevertheless from the perspective of a possible slump in prices, a purchase of real estate in Austria is a more secure investment.

Analýza trhu a dostupnost biopotravin v regionu Žďár nad Sázavou - Kraj Vysočina

The thesis concentrates on the market research of organic food in Žďár nad Sázavou region. The theoretical part includes a basic characteristic and principles of organic farming and specifics of Wholefood production. The practical part contains comparison of organic food prices and discussion with several glocery store managers. The research results say there are two well-known chain of retailers and two specialized stores which represented the market of organic food in the region. They offer mainly durable and dried organic food for higher prices than conventional foods. Local people are used to demanding fresh food like fruits, vegetables, meals or milk from quality Czech producers, however they are not willing to pay for bio quality.
